Duration: 20 Days (5 days per month for 4 months)

  1. Thoroughly understand and apply the Six Sigma methodology on a live project
  2. Understand the various roles in the Six Sigma community
  3. Understand and support change management and the project selection process
  4. Demonstrate proficiency in DMAIC tools using Minitab and other software
  5. Learn effective presentation skills in communicating project progress and results
  6. Learn practical skills in project leadership and mentoring
  7. Recognize barriers to success and strategies to overcome
  8. Successfully complete a viable Six Sigma project

Format:  Interactive classroom sessions with Q&A opportunities; all candidates will have a real life project or simulated project to work on between classroom sessions.  Six Sigma Black Belt certification awarded upon successful completion of course and exams.  Laptop with Minitab and Microsoft Office required.
