| Black Belt Certification Course |
Black Belts are the change agents and leaders of every Six Sigma implementation, with full-time responsibility for solving the organization’s most challenging problems. T-Logic’s Black Belt certification program is a blend of classroom – based training and project intervention, with the goal of producing highly competent problem solvers. The course has been developed by top-notch Master Black Belts and designed to create leaders with strong technical and presentation capabilities. The Black Belt curriculum is open to Green Belt practitioners or others with project level experience to lead and execute process improvement projects at the Black Belt level.
The course is conducted over a four month period, with one week a month of classroom training. Project mentoring and evaluations are performed during the time between training sessions. Certification is provided upon satisfactory completion of all course exams and submission of one completed project and one approved* project.

The only pre-requisites are an interest in using Lean Six Sigma to drive change and basic math skills.
The course is conducted over a four month period, with four days a month of classroom training. Project mentoring and evaluations are performed during the time between training sessions. Champions are the senior leaders in the organization who are ultimately responsible for successful Six Sigma project execution, and are usually also the key stakeholders in the project. T-Logic has developed a highly effective, classroom-based program to teach senior managers the basics of Lean Six Sigma, and how to effectively guide project and program success. Using a fun and interactive case study format, the course takes participants through the opportunities and challenges in driving organizational change initiatives. The course is taught by a Master Black Belt who will bring a wealth of experience and examples to demonstrate what works and what doesn’t. The Champions course is designed for senior leaders who will be responsible for coaching and working with Six Sigma teams to achieve outstanding results!

Lean Methods, or simply “Lean”, is a proven methodology to eliminate waste and improve speed and efficiency in an organization. Sometimes employing the DMAIC methodology will not yield the desired performance results that customers demand. Design for Six Sigma or DFSS, is a methodology for designing or re-designing new processes and products to meet customer requirements, using a proven combination of technical training and innovative thinking. DFSS is used by organizations to design highly customer-focused capabilities to bring products and services to market quickly, thus reducing the costs associated with trial-and-error, defects and rework.
